Connect a supported CRM account and Funnel-up pulls the useful deal details into one mobile workspace: stage, value, company, contact details and the CRM link. You keep the CRM as the source of truth, but you do not need to open a pipeline table just to see what needs attention.

Work deals as marbles

Your deals become marbles inside the funnel. Scan by stage, spot high-value opportunities faster, and drag a marble when a deal moves forward so the screen matches your pipeline rhythm.

Switch attention quickly

Use All, Overdue and Hot to change the working view without building CRM filters. It is a fast way to move from broad pipeline scanning to the deals that need a follow-up now.

Open the right action from the deal card

Tap a marble to open the deal card, then call, email or jump to the CRM record from the same place. The card keeps the next practical action close to the context, so follow-up takes fewer taps.

Copy a better conversation starter

The prospect card can copy a focused prompt built around the company website from your CRM. It gives AI a clear research path, so your first message starts from current company context instead of a generic opener.

Keep the last good sync available

Funnel-up stores the latest successful sync on your device. If the network is slow, a provider is unavailable or a new refresh is still running, your existing marbles remain browsable instead of disappearing.

Use light or dark mode

Switch appearance from onboarding or settings. Dark mode keeps the funnel, deal cards and marbles readable for low-light work without changing the way the app behaves.

Add a new marble

Tap the plus marble to create a real CRM deal from Funnel-up. Pick the CRM, stage, owner, value and optional contact or company links, then drop the new opportunity straight into the funnel.

Unlock deal editing

Open a marble, tap the lock and edit the fields that should be changed deliberately: title, stage, value, owner and primary contact where the CRM supports it. The lock keeps browsing safe, while still letting you clean up pipeline data from the card.

Custom note taking

Not every useful update starts with a call or email. Add a note from the deal card when you want to capture context, decisions or next steps, and Funnel-up writes it back as CRM activity.

Read the notes timeline

See recent CRM notes and activity on the marble card before you follow up. The timeline helps you remember what happened last without opening the CRM first.

Use emoji marbles

Free users can add an emoji in the CRM custom field and Funnel-up will show it after sync. Pro only unlocks the in-app shortcut: choose or change that emoji from the marble card without opening the CRM.

Use two-letter marble marks

Free users can also type one or two letters in the CRM custom field and see that tag in Funnel-up. Pro only adds in-app creating and editing, with Funnel-up uppercasing the tag and saving it back to the same CRM field.
