Terms of Use (EULA)
Looking for the App Store Terms of Use (EULA)? Funnel-up uses Apple's standard Terms of Use for apps with auto-renewable subscriptions: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
What Funnel-up is
Funnel-up is a workflow and visualization companion for CRM data. It helps you view opportunities, stages, contact details and follow-up actions from supported CRM providers. Funnel-up is not a CRM system of record, not a professional advice service and not a replacement for checking your CRM directly.
Your responsibility
Funnel-up is a tool, not a source of truth or advisory service. You remain responsible for checking CRM data, CRM configuration, permissions, stages, contact details, reminders, notes, sync results, business decisions and any actions you take. You should always review important information before relying on it.
CRM connections
When you connect a CRM, you confirm that you are allowed to access that workspace and use the credentials, API keys, service keys or tokens you provide. You are responsible for choosing appropriate CRM permissions, keeping credentials secure, removing access when needed and complying with the terms and policies of your CRM provider.
Third-party services
Funnel-up depends on third-party CRM services such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, Attio, ActiveCampaign, Freshsales, Folk, Close, Copper and future supported providers. These services are not controlled by Funnel-up. Their APIs, availability, limits, permissions, data structures and policies may change or fail. Funnel-up is not responsible for third-party outages, API changes, CRM configuration issues or data supplied by those providers.
Accuracy and availability
CRM data shown in Funnel-up may be delayed, incomplete, duplicated, unavailable, incorrectly mapped or outdated. Funnel-up may display locally cached CRM data while offline, while syncing or after a sync fails. The sync timestamp and stale visual state indicate when the displayed data may no longer be fresh. Syncs can fail because of network issues, expired credentials, missing CRM scopes, API limits, provider incidents or local device problems. Funnel-up does not guarantee that information shown in the app is complete, current, accurate or suitable for a particular purpose.
Calls, emails and actions
Funnel-up may help you start calls, emails, CRM links or other follow-up actions. You are responsible for checking recipients, contact details, message content, call context, timing and legal requirements before taking action. You are also responsible for complying with applicable communication, privacy, marketing and anti-spam rules.
Acceptable use
You must not use Funnel-up to access data you are not authorized to access, interfere with third-party systems, abuse CRM APIs, store unlawful content, violate another person's rights or use the service in a way that is illegal, harmful or misleading.
Changes to Funnel-up
We may update, improve, limit, suspend or discontinue parts of Funnel-up. Features may change over time, including supported CRM providers, setup flows, sync behavior and local storage behavior.
No warranties
Funnel-up is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Funnel-up is not liable for lost revenue, lost profit, missed opportunities, missed follow-ups, incorrect CRM data, failed syncs, third-party service outages, data entered incorrectly by you or your team, or business decisions made based on information shown in the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited, including liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence or mandatory statutory rights.
Privacy
Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using Funnel-up, you should also review the Privacy Policy and the privacy terms of any CRM provider you connect.

Privacy
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 10 June 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how Funnel-up processes information when you use the app, website, setup guides and related services.
Who we are
Funnel-up is a CRM companion app that helps users visualize and work with CRM opportunities. Funnel-up is the data controller for personal data it determines the purposes and means of processing for. For privacy questions, contact us at [email protected].
Information we process
Depending on the CRM you connect and the data available in your workspace, Funnel-up may process CRM credentials, deal or opportunity names, deal stages, values, currencies, company names, company domains, company logos, contact names, email addresses, phone numbers, last interaction dates, CRM record identifiers, CRM record links and app settings. The app may also process privacy-friendly analytics metadata such as app version, build number, device type, selected app settings, connection status and product interaction events.
Credentials
In the current version of the app, CRM credentials are stored locally on your device using Apple Keychain where available. These credentials are used to connect to the CRM provider you selected. You should keep credentials confidential and revoke or rotate them in your CRM if you believe they have been exposed.
How we use information
We use information to connect to your selected CRM, test the connection, fetch and display CRM opportunities, show stages and follow-up context, open CRM records, help start calls or emails, remember local app settings, keep the most recent synced CRM data available locally for offline viewing and while syncing, understand app usage, improve product decisions, and maintain the basic operation and reliability of Funnel-up.
Legal bases
Where GDPR applies, our legal bases may include performance of a contract for providing the app and requested CRM connection, legitimate interests for security, troubleshooting and service operation, and consent where optional features require it.
Local storage
Funnel-up may store credentials, selected CRM provider, visual preferences, app settings and the most recent synced CRM opportunities and contact details locally on your device. This local CRM cache can include deal names, stages, values, company names, contact names, email addresses, phone numbers, last interaction dates, CRM record identifiers and CRM record links so the app can remain usable offline or while a sync is in progress. Local data remains on your device unless you delete it, disconnect the CRM, clear credentials, reset app data or remove the app. Deleting local app data does not delete data from your CRM workspace.
Third-party CRM providers
When you connect a CRM, Funnel-up exchanges data with that CRM provider, such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, Attio, ActiveCampaign, Freshsales, Folk, Close or Copper. Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies. Funnel-up does not control their systems, retention periods, security practices or international transfer arrangements.
App analytics
Funnel-up uses PostHog, a product analytics service, to understand how the app is used, improve reliability and guide product decisions. The app may send product interaction events such as app launch or session activity, opening Settings, selecting a CRM provider, changing display or focus preferences, testing, connecting or disconnecting a CRM, using manual refresh, sync success or failure categories, opening prospect actions, logging activity and tapping support contact. These analytics events do not include CRM API keys, deal names, contact names, company names, notes, email addresses, phone numbers, CRM record links or raw CRM content.
PostHog receives an anonymized installation identifier, coarse timestamps, app and device metadata, and the event metadata described above. We use this data only for analytics, reliability and product improvement. We do not use it for advertising, cross-app tracking or selling data.
Website cookies and advertising tracking
The Funnel-up website does not use cookies, analytics cookies, advertising cookies or tracking technologies. Funnel-up does not use advertising trackers or behavioral marketing SDKs in the app.
Support communications
If you contact us for support, we may process the information you provide, such as your name, email address, message content and relevant technical details. Do not send CRM credentials, API keys or sensitive CRM data in support messages unless specifically requested through a secure process.
Recipients and sharing
We do not sell personal data. Categories of recipients may include the CRM providers you connect, PostHog for product analytics, device platform providers needed for app operation, support or email service providers when you contact us, and authorities where disclosure is legally required. We share information only where needed to operate Funnel-up, communicate with connected CRM providers at your request, improve and maintain the app, comply with legal obligations, protect rights and safety, or handle support requests.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including secure credential storage where available and encrypted connections to supported CRM providers. No app, device or network connection can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Retention and deletion
Local app data is kept until you delete the app, disconnect the CRM, clear stored credentials or reset app data. Locally cached CRM data is also overwritten when a later sync succeeds. CRM data remains governed by your CRM provider and your workspace settings. Analytics data is retained by PostHog according to the applicable account settings and service terms. Support communications may be kept for as long as needed to handle the request and maintain reasonable business records.
International transfers
CRM providers, PostHog, device platforms and service providers may process data in countries outside your own. Where we are responsible for a transfer and GDPR applies, we rely on appropriate safeguards where required.
Children
Funnel-up is not intended for children under 13, or a higher age where local law requires parental consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your rights
Depending on your location, including the EU/EEA, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, request portability of eligible data, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected]. To exercise rights relating to CRM data, you may also need to use the tools provided by your CRM provider or workspace administrator.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be published in the app or on this page, and significant changes will be communicated where required by law.
